INTRO
Welcome to Skypiecode. Your entry to the Skypiecode website means that you agree to the following terms and conditions. We (the developer) at Skypiecode create mobile applications that can relieve you of some unnecessary extra work the device can do for you. This website provides information about our (the developer's) licensed apps, how we (the developer) process your data through these apps, and other information. The following terms of use govern your use and access to this website. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, stop your use of our (the developer's) website and the applications that we (the developer) provide.
COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All copyright and other intellectual property rights of the (Skypiecode) Website, including but not limited to content, media, product name, logos, and documents, as well as the applications we (the developer) provide, are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of the developer Islam Ahmed Ahmed Hassan Al-Zohairy. Please keep in mind that the name of the owner, originally in the Arabic language, is "إسلام أحمد أحمد حسن الزهيرى". The copyright and any intellectual property rights of the third-party services we (the developer) may use in the Application belong to their respective owners as stated in the Open-source notices within the Application. We (the developer) reserve all the rights to the applications we (the developer) create and provide.
AGREEMENTS
Each application we (the developer) provide has a usage agreement (EULA), and you must agree to that usage agreement before downloading, installing, or using that application. And you must agree to our (the developer's) privacy policy for collecting, using, and sharing your data. If you do not agree to the usage agreement for a specific application, you do not have the right to download, install or use this application. And if you do not agree to the privacy policy, you do not have the right to download, install or use any of the applications we (the developer) provide. And if you do not agree to the usage agreement for a specific application or the privacy policy after downloading, installing, or using it, please follow the instructions for the terms of termination mentioned in the application's usage agreement. You also agree that your use of our (the developer) website or applications that we (the developer) provide will not cause harm or loss to us (the developer) or our partners and that your usage does not violate the law.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances will We (the developer) be liable to you for any loss or damage arising from the use of our (the developer) website or our (the developer) applications. You will use our (the developer's) website and our (the developer) applications at your own risk.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us (the developer and his partners) harmless from any claim arising from any breach by you of these terms and conditions, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.
CHANGES
We (the developer) reserve all rights to update and make changes to these terms and conditions at any time to comply with our updates, modifications, applicable law, or Store terms. Changes will apply with or without notifying you, and it is your responsibility to check the terms of this agreement from time to time to know what changes are applied. You agree that you will be bound by any changes that may apply. If you do not accept the changes, you must stop using this website and our (the developer's) applications.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Egypt, excluding its conflict of law rules.
MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
If any term should be or become invalid due to conflicts with either applicable law or the Store terms, the validity of the remaining terms shall not be affected. The invalid terms will be replaced with valid ones that comply with applicable law and the Store terms.
